Faculty are the driving force for internationalizing teaching in post-secondary institutions. While students’ global mindsets have been the focus in the field, discussion about faculty intercultural competence is just as important. The answer to this question will provide a framework for such development work, and a benchmark for assessing progress in internationalization. This presentation will provide insights into practical strategies to support the development of intercultural competence in faculty members that will have an impact on their work as educators and scholars in an internationalized campus.
